Architectural Restoration Program was established in Yaşar University/ Vocational School which is a four-semester Vocational School program in Turkish Language. Architectural Restoration Program aims to provide students with the necessary awareness for the conservation of cultural heritage through education and training, which is carried out theoretically and practically.
Students who graduates from the Architectural Restoration Program gain the knowledge and abilities of the basic and modern principles of conservation theory, restoration and conservation techniques, traditional building and material knowledge, knowledge traditional handicrafts, traditional and computer-aided technical drawing rules and skills, traditional measurement techniques used for documenting historical buildings, as well as the industry, the digital measurement techniques, preparering survey drawings for cultural heritage, restitution and restoration projects.
Graduates who have completed the associate degree program can work as restoration technicians in building industry related public and private sector organizations. Some of the organizations where they can take part are:

In addition, graduates of Food Technology Program can pass to the undergraduate programs of Architecture, Interior Architecture and Environmental Design, Interior Architecture, Urban and Regional Planning, Conservation and Repair of Cultural Heritage, Restoration and Conservation, Traditional Turkish Handicrafts, Traditional Turkish Arts, Handicrafts if they are successful in DGS exam.
